Where is the experience located?
The experience is taking place in DIVE which is located in Carnotstraat 90, 2060 Antwerp.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The exhibition will be held in an indoor venue.
How long does the experience last?
The experience takes approximately 60 minutes but you are welcome to stay as long as you want unless at the last session time as we close 90 minutes after last session time.
Will food and beverage be available on-site for purchase?
There will only be beverages onsite for purchase. There will be no food but there are third-party food vendors in close proximity to the experience.
Is there parking available?
There is no parking available, but we will have special discounted parking in nearby parking lots with codes sent to you in the confirmation email after you purchase a ticket.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes.

Will I be able to pay in cash?
No, all payments are cashless.
Can I purchase a ticket at the door?
No, printing is not needed.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. One of our agents will respond to your request as soon as possible, informing you of the next steps to follow.
No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&C.
Is the show suitable for pregnant people?
The experience requires the audience to be on their feet, moving around the venue for approximately 60 minutes, however, the experience does not feature tension or highly physical movements. We suggest you speak to the manager on arrival to discuss any specific requirements so that they can assist.
What is the difference between a VIP ticket and a regular ticket?
The difference between the two tickets is that the regular one includes only the entrance to the experience, while the VIP one includes a skip-the-line, VR experience, and a poster.
Can I make a group booking?

Is there a suggested dress code for this experience?
There is no specific dress code for the experience. We recommend you wear comfortable clothing as the experience will typically last over an hour.
Is there a Military discount?

Children under 4 years old enter for free and you don’t need to buy a ticket.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
No, only service animals are allowed.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?

Do you offer carer tickets?
Yes, you can purchase them on site

Yes, restrooms are available.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
Yes, there will be benches in the Experience.

Yes, you can find spotless restrooms that are cleaned regularly on-site.

Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome! Children under the age of 4 can visit free of charge and minors under the age of 12 need to be accompanied by adults.

Cloakroom / lockers available on site?
There are only lockers available onsite. Lockers cost 2 EUR.
Can children do VR alone?
Children under 12 need to be accompanied by an adult.
Are prams allowed?
Yes, you can bring your stroller inside, or leave it in the designated area. On busy days, we recommend leaving it in the designated area.
Is there a minimum of attendees for large groups?
Yes, there is a minimum of 25 attendees for large group bookings. Above that people contact hello@divenow.be
Do you offer school discounts?
We offer school discounts. Also you can also book for free one teacher every 10 students. Please contact hello@divenow.be

Which is the equipment included in the party room? Does it include decorations?
We do not have a dedicated party room. For birthday celebrations, we reserve a space in our bar area. Decorations are not included.
Can I bring decorations?
Yes, you can bring small decorations. We kindly ask you to keep them minimal and easy to set up, and to avoid anything that could damage the space (no confetti, tape on walls, etc.).
How can I book F&B with my reservation?
Drinks can be purchased directly at the bar on site. If you have specific requests or would like to arrange something in advance, please contact us at hello@divenow.be.
Is there a minimum number of attendees for the birthdays booking?
There is not a minimum of attendees to book a birthday celebration.
When can I access the Party Room?
As we do not have a dedicated party room, your reserved space in the bar area is available during your booked timeslot.
